On the corner of Salutation Square, Haverfordwest, the hotel is unmissable as you enter town from Haverfordwest Train Station. Like many businesses, the County Hotel team took the pandemic period as an opportunity to relaunch and focus on different areas once they reopened. 

For Valentine's Day I visited Madison's & The Green Genie down Milford Waterfront to check out their menus featuring many vegetarian and vegan options, as well as their delicious cocktails.
