The 2025 Pembroke County Cricket season gets underway on Sunday (Apr 27), with 57 teams registered across six divisions participating in cricket under the umbrella of the Pembroke County Club, which was formed in 1903 and began organised league cricket in 1905.

Phoenix Park on Saturday (Apr 5) rang out to the sounds of championess and green army as Goodwick United reserve team lifted the Third Division Title from League Secretary Ian Baker, but not before New Hedges Saundersfoot beat them 2-0 which saw the Seasiders promoted alongside Niall Kinsella’s team.

Saturday (Mar 29) saw the launch of the ‘Haverfordwest 5k Your Way’ where anyone who has been affected by cancer can join together and walk, jog, run, cheer, volunteer or join for a coffee at the emphasis to connect with other people impacted by cancer.

Haverfordwest County edged closer to a third place finish after sharing a 1-1 draw against Caernarfon Town in their penultimate home game of their JD Cymru Premier season.
