Roch Castle is inviting guests to experience an unforgettable evening of seasonal dining and overnight luxury with its exclusive Roch Castle Dining Experience, taking place for two nights only on Friday 6 and Saturday 7 November 2026.
Set within the atmospheric surroundings of the historic 12th-century castle, the experience brings together an overnight stay, a specially curated tasting menu created by the chefs at Blas Restaurant, and a Welsh breakfast the following morning.
The seasonal menu will showcase carefully selected meat and fish dishes, celebrating the finest ingredients and flavours of Pembrokeshire and Wales. Following dinner, guests can retreat to one of Roch Castle’s individually styled rooms before waking to panoramic views across the Pembrokeshire coast.
The experience offers a rare opportunity to enjoy Roch Castle not simply as a place to stay, but as the setting for an intimate dining experience rooted in Pembrokeshire's character, history, and landscape.
Prices for a double room, including dinner for two, start from £405 per room, per night. The experience is available on 6 and 7 November 2026.
