I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at the hotel and have enjoyed this restaurant multiple times over the years. My dining experience this past Monday was absolutely wonderful. Each dish perfectly prepared and an absolute smasher. The staff as always were excellent, and the 3 courses I chose upon the teams recommendation were world class stunners. I can’t speak highly enough of the entire experience. It really is the best in Pembs and my favourite meal since I visited Daniel restaurant in NYC last year.
Hard to improve on this. Halibut entree was superb. Salmon starter was top shelf. Knowledgeable maitre d’. Attractive presentations of all dishes. Everything was cooked perfectly. Delicious sauces. Attractive decor.

An excellent restaurant in an excellent hotel. Very good fish dishes, we had the halibut. The wine list is clear and very fair in terms of prices but of absolutely high quality. A very quiet atmosphere in the restaurant and perfect service round off a successful evening.
