A week of cold weather and snow across the county saw a raft of postponements in Pembrokeshire League Football, with no games being played from Division One down to Division Three.

With Prendergast Villa's First Team in action in the Senior Cup against high-flying St Ishmeals - with the mice recording a comprehensive 10-2 victory - their Second team hosted promotion chasing Narberth 2nds in Division Five.

In an action-filled contest, the visiting Bluebirds took all three points thanks to braces from Oscar Williams and Leo Morris, as well as goals from Ashley Bantock and subsitute Matthew Price.

The home side found the net through Tommy White, Callum John and Dan Ridge, with the game overseen by experienced referee Paul Rooney who saw no need to utilise his cards in a well-contested affair.

The victory sees Narberth 2nds sit in second place, although third place St Clears 2nds have two games in hand to claw back the two point gap. Narberth's next game sees a key clash as they travel to face 4th place Pembroke Borough 2nds, who also have two games in hand in the promotion race.

For 6th Prendergast Villa next up is a trip to face 5th place Milford United 3rds. With six wins and six losses from the first half of the season, their young side can be content with a decent debut season in the division.
