The Brewery Inn hosted a successful Welsh Tapas Night on Saturday, drawing an impressive turnout of diners eager to sample their specially crafted menu. Guests enjoyed a selection of eight dishes celebrating Pembrokeshire and Welsh produce, with options ranging from braised Welsh lamb shoulder rillette to Pant-ys-gawn goats cheese mousse.
Vocalist Elinor Crane enhanced the evening with her musical talent, performing as diners savoured their tapas selections. The menu, priced at £21 for three dishes with additional plates available at £6 each, highlighted regional ingredients including Pembrokeshire cider, honey, and local seafood.
