Stephen Fellows from Pembroke Chiropractic Clinic recently delivered an informative workshop to nearly 50 members of the Kilgetty Golden Age group. The May 8th event focused on maintaining and improving mobility for older adults.
As part of his community outreach work, Stephen provided practical advice on mobility enhancement, demonstrating how chiropractic techniques can help address common age-related concerns. Attendees participated in a hands-on session where they learned simple exercises they could perform at home.
