SM Bespoke Care is set to launch "Mindful Moments," a new day centre specifically designed for adults with learning disabilities, opening its doors on 23rd June at Pembroke Dock.

The Tier 3 day opportunities centre, located at 30-32 Dimond Street, will operate Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 3:30pm, offering a welcoming space in the heart of the community.

The centre promises a diverse programme of activities including arts and crafts, film days, music and dance sessions (featuring "My Moves"), puzzles and games, carer support groups, and regular coffee mornings. Lunch and refreshments are included in the service.

"Our day centre will be a fun-filled place with various activities and events for all to enjoy," the organisation states.
