Connect: Pembrokeshire is delighted to celebrate the announcement of an exciting new community partnership between our local health and wellbeing expert Stephen Fellows Chiropractor and Haverfordwest County AFC. This collaboration represents exactly the kind of community-focused initiative that strengthens the fabric of Pembrokeshire's local network.

Stephen Fellows, a Milford local born and bred, has established himself as a leading figure in chiropractic care, treating everyone from Olympic swimmers to professional rugby players and footballers. His reputation extends well beyond the professional sporting arena, with a diverse patient base that reflects both his expertise and personable approach to healthcare.

The partnership holds particular significance for Stephen, whose commitment to community involvement follows in the footsteps of his late father, Danny Fellows OBE. Danny was heavily involved in the local community through his work as a union representative and his role in establishing the Pembrokeshire Lottery, for which he received an OBE from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth. Inspired by his father's legacy, Stephen has made community engagement a personal goal for this year, and the collaboration with Haverfordwest County AFC provides the perfect platform for this ambition.

The connection with the football club feels entirely natural for Stephen, who previously worked with Haverfordwest County back in 2014 before qualifying as a chiropractor. His continued passion for treating sports people makes this partnership an ideal fit, combining his professional expertise with his deep-rooted community values.

Speaking about the collaboration, Connect: Pembrokeshire’s director Dan Metcalf commented: "I know Steve is the best in his industry and this is the perfect match. His dedication to excellence and community orientated attitude will make him an invaluable partner for Haverfordwest County."

As Haverfordwest County's first official Community Partner, Stephen will support the club's ongoing community initiatives throughout the 2025-26 season, with further announcements to follow throughout the year.

Stephen's involvement extends beyond match days, with plans for group talks focusing on musculoskeletal health, mobility, and pain management. This educational approach aligns perfectly with Connect: Pembrokeshire's mission to promote wellbeing and community connection across the county.

The announcement comes at a time when Haverfordwest County AFC is experiencing tremendous local support, with packed crowds at the Ogi Bridge Meadow Stadium as they once again qualified for European Football. This new partnership represents another step forward in strengthening these vital community connections.

For Stephen, who is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association, the partnership offers an opportunity to give back to the community that has supported his practice at Pembroke Chiropractic Clinic over the past seven years.

Connect: Pembrokeshire congratulates both Stephen Fellows Chiropractor and Haverfordwest County AFC on this exciting partnership. It exemplifies the collaborative spirit that makes Pembrokeshire such a special place to live and work, where local expertise combines with community passion.
