St Clears 2nds secured their spot in the Division Five Cup Final, coming through a thrilling contest with league champions Milford United 3rds, winning on penalties.
Played in front of a large crowd at The Observatory Ground in Hakin, the Robins took a first half lead in the 28th minute with experienced Daniel Jones getting on the end of a Charlie Davies corner, to put the champions in front.
St Clears hit back in the second half through an experienced combination, with Steven Trivett scoring thanks to a Paul Langdon assist.
Just seven minutes later and the Saints took the lead through their young Captain Liam Morley-Trivett.
Milford United then found an equaliser through Adam Tamilia to force 30 minutes of extra time.
With the additional period underway, it was another youngster's turn to put the Saints in front with Morley-Trivett turning provider to set up Leon Steele.
The lead however was not to last long, with Milford substitute Michael McCarthy finding an equaliser to take the game to a penalty shoot-out.
It was St Clears 2nds who held their nerve during the spot-kicks, impressively scoring four out of four, to progress 4-2.
They will face promoted side Solva 2nds in the final, who overcame Kilgetty 3rds 3-1 in the other Semi-Final. St Clears 2nds can still also gain promotion themselves if they win their league games in hand, leaving plenty still to play for with a potential league promotion and cup double.
