Merlins Bridge extended their unbeaten run to six games across all competitions thanks to another goal from in-form forward Steff Williams.
With the game goalless at the break, Williams put the Wizards ahead with a good finish in the 60th minute.
The game remained relatively uneventful with both teams battling hard.
A youthful substitutes bench from Merlins Bridge saw 17 years old Zac Watters come on for his first 1st Team appearance after enjoying his football for the 2nds Team in his first season of senior football.
The result sees Merlins Bridge stay in third place in the table, with Milford United in 7th place.
