It was great to catch up with Laura Long of Share the Care to capture a photograph of her new expanded team in her new office in Haverfordwest.

Laura

I am the proprietor and also a personal assistant.

I have been working in the Health and Social Care Sector for 18 years and created Share the Care with Laura in April 2021 to assist individuals to live well at home.

I am a trainee counsellor and I am looking forward to incorporating a counselling service into Share the Care when I qualify in 2024.

In my spare time I love spending time with my fiancé, 2 sons and 2 pooches. I love being outdoors, especially in the sunshine.

Julie

Julie was the first employee and personal assistant to join Share the Care in November 2022. Julie made the employment process so easy and gave me the confidence to continue expanding the team.

Julie has specialist knowledge and experience working with individuals who have sight loss.

Julie is kind, caring, considerate and enjoys spending time with her family and pooches during her time off.

Sarah

Sarah joined our team as a personal assistant in January 2022 and has over 10 years experience in the field. Sarah is bubbly, dedicated and is always spoiling our clients with sweet treats.

Sarah is a qualified chef and shows great commitment to the business as well as the clients. When Sarah isn’t working, you’ll find her baking delicious deserts or spending time with her family.

Roz

Roz joined us in February 2022 as a personal assistant and has previous experience of working in a Nursing Home.

Roz has settled quickly into the team and built some very positive relationships with our clients.

Roz is a Personal Trainer also, and in her spare time, provides this service to her clients as likes to support individuals to feel good in all areas of their lives.

Amy

Amy joined the team in April and so is one of our newest personal assistants. I have already received some lovely feedback about Amy from our clients and their families. Amy has previous experience in the sector.

When Amy is not in work she helps to take care of her nieces and nephews, which just shows her kind and helpful nature.

Jayne

Jayne also joined us in April as a personal assistant and has many years of experience in the Health and Social Care field.

Jayne has enjoyed her first week with us and told me that she felt part of our team before she even started.

Jayne enjoys time in her beautiful garden and being outdoors with her husband and pooches.

Tiff

Tiff joins our fast growing team in May as our admin assistant.

Tiff has already created some new systems for us and will take over the running of the office tasks.

Tiff once ran her own business in England but moved to Pembrokeshire with her husband and 2 children who she enjoys spending time with when she’s not at work.
