1. Introduction
Welcome to Connect: Pembrokeshire. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including our website, digital marketing solutions, and subscription services. By using or subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the digital services provided by Connect: Pembrokeshire, including but not limited to web design, marketing packages, and subscription services.
- "Subscription" refers to the monthly payment plan that grants businesses access to our services.
- "Client" refers to any business or individual who has entered into a contract with Connect: Pembrokeshire.
3. Subscription Terms
- Pricing: Subscription packages start at £30 per month (plus VAT). Additional digital services such as website design, media packages, and bespoke digital services are available at discounted rates for subscribers.
- Payment Terms: Subscription payments will be processed on a monthly basis. Payments must be made in advance for the upcoming month. Failure to pay will result in the suspension of services until payment is received.
- Termination: Either party can terminate the subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
4. Subscription Service
- Business Listing Profile: One unique Business Profile for the Client for the duration of their Subscription, showcasing information about the Client providing to use using the "Business Registration Form" provided on registration via email.
- Business Listing Areas: The Client's Business Profile will appear in the Business Directory.
- Interactive Map Listing: The Business Profile will appear on our Places to Visit Map Page.
- Business News Item: One article introducing the Client will be posted in our News section and shared across our primary social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).

5. Referral Program
Connect: Pembrokeshire offers a referral program to subscribers:
- Refer 5 new businesses: Receive a 25% discount on the monthly subscription.
- Refer 10 new businesses: Receive a 50% discount on the monthly subscription. All referrals must be businesses that subscribe to our services within 30 days of referral submission.
6. Service Provision
- Access to Services: Only active subscribers will have access to the discounted digital services offered by Connect: Pembrokeshire.
- Service Availability: While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen issues.
7. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content created by Connect: Pembrokeshire remains the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client will have full rights to the digital products created for them, excluding any proprietary systems or software owned by Connect: Pembrokeshire.
- Usage Rights: Clients are granted the right to use content provided by Connect: Pembrokeshire, but they may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer ownership of the materials without written consent.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
- No Warranty: All services are provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. Connect: Pembrokeshire is not responsible for any losses resulting from the use or non-use of our services.
- Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Connect: Pembrokeshire, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
- Force Majeure: Connect: Pembrokeshire is not responsible for delays or failures in providing services due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
9. Data Protection
Connect: Pembrokeshire adheres to all applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). We will collect and use your data only for the purpose of providing our services. All personal data is stored securely, and we will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.

In the event of a dispute between Connect: Pembrokeshire and a client, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiations. If the issue cannot be resolved, either party may seek resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing formal legal action.
