Pembroke Borough 2nds kept up their promotion challenge with a comprehensive 8-0 victory over Milford Athletic 2nds.

Sitting in 2nd place before and after the game, the Boro now only have two fixtures remaining as they look to put themselves in the strongest possible position to get promoted.

Sean Kettle opened the scoring for the hosts in the 7th minute with an assist for Jake Campbell.

The duo combined once again in the 34 minute for Kettle to score his second.

Dalton Boswell made it three in the 40th minute with an assist for Carl Morris.

Jake Campbell then got on the scoresheet himself, with Sean Kettle returning the favour with the assist to give the Boro a 4-0 lead at half time.

It was more of the same for Boro in the second half, with Sean Kettle completing his hat-trick with a penalty kick in the 70th minute.

Jake Campbell then added a sixth goal for his side in the 81st minute, with Andrew Brace getting the assist.

Campbell then got another assist, once again setting up Sean Kettle for his fourth goal of the game, Boro's seventh.

Jake Campbell then wrapped up the scoring in the 87th minute, completing his hat-trick from the penalty spot.
