Broad Haven secured back-to-back league victories, coming from 1-3 down to defeat Merlins Bridge 2nds on the road.

The Wizards took the lead in the 12th minute with a goal from youngster Billy Martin, with the hosts going into the half-time break at 1-0.

Peter Thomas equalised for the visitors with a penalty kick in the 60th minute, before a quick-fire double from Bridge striker Danny Pearce, including a penalty of his own, gave the home side a two goal cushion.

Merlins Bridge were reduced to ten men following a player going off injured, with all three substitutions already used.

Matters were made worse in the 78th minute when Danny Pearce was given his marching orders after receiving a second yellow card.

Sensing the opportunity for a comeback, player-manager Ian Harvey pulled one back for Broad Haven in the 81st minute after being set up by Ashley Bladen.

Thomas Merry then equalised for the visitors, with an assist from youngster Iwan Lilley.

Not content with just a point, Broad Haven went in front just a few minutes later with Ashley Bladen getting on the scoresheet.

Spencer Le-Petit then got in the action to make it 5-3 to seal an important victory for Broad Haven.
