Pennar Robins 2nds grabbed their first win of the season, coming out on top of a thrilling contest against local rivals Pembroke Borough on Saturday 21st October.

Boro took the lead early on with a goal from Robert McNaughton, taking a 1-0 lead into the half time break.

Phil John equalised for the visitors in the 48th minute with Liam Topp putting the Robins ahead just five minutes later.

Subsitute David Roberts then levelled the scores for the home side.

A red card was shown to Pennar Robins 2nds' Bobby Jones, but the away side pushed on with another quckfire double from Phil John and Liam Topp to give them a two goal cushion.

Wayne Boswell scored in the 80th minute to set up a nervy finish for Pennar who held on to secure an important three points to kickstart their season.
