Local pool stalwart Carl Sheehan has been chosen to play for the Wales B1 National Team in the upcoming Nations Cup tournament.

Based in Haverfordwest, Carl has been heavily involved in pool throughout the county throughout his life, picking up over a hundred trophies on the way.

His dedication to the sport is second to none and after recent qualifiers, he has been selected as part of the Wales B1 Team to represent his country at international level. 

He was invited to play at the qualifiers following success at Interleague (County) level in the Welsh Pool Association Interleague where he represents the Pembrokeshire County A team across the county.

The team will face other Home Nation countries at the European Blackball Association Nations Cup between Sunday 26th March and Friday 31st Match at Bridlington.
