Our ground-floor restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a meal in a cozy and relaxed setting. We've created a warm and inviting atmosphere with a log fire in the bar area, ideal for unwinding with a drink. You can also catch the latest games or shows on our 48″ TV with Sky, adding an extra level of enjoyment to your visit.
In addition to our restaurant, we have a spacious function room on the upper floor that is perfect for a variety of events. Whether you're hosting a meeting, birthday party, or special event, our function room can accommodate up to 60 guests for formal dining and up to 150 people for private functions when combined with the restaurant and bar areas.
The Rising Sun is conveniently located on one of the main tourist routes between Haverfordwest and St Davids. It’s the perfect stop when exploring the Pembrokeshire National Park, offering a delicious meal and a place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Fabulous Sunday Lunch today, there were 18 of us and we were looked after really well. Staff were friendly and welcoming and we will be back again soon!
Everyone was very welcoming and we were grateful that they could fit us in. We all agreed this is the best meal we've had out and hope we have the opportunity to get back before the end of the holiday.
Highly Recommend the Sunday lunch. Book in advance as they are very busy. We both had the turkey and it was so good. Portion sizes are generous, we both managed to eat it all but we were both very full after. Will definitely book again. 😍
