The place that connects people, communities, groups and organisations in Pembrokeshire.

We are able to meet people in their homes to try to assess and advise on the best options whether that's connecting the individual to events, classes, facilities or support.

Providing assistence without digital skills could get left behind or miss important information about local activities or services they need.

Community Transport

Pembrokeshire's Community Transport services help people and groups who don't have access to their own transport and who don't have or can't use conventional public transport services.
